Happy Birthday to Leslie

As a kid, the most exciting and memorable times for me was pretty much anything that involved my cousins.  Rachel and Leslie have always been like sisters to me and we have had some really great times together.  Leslie and I have stories for days.  I have known her for as long as she has been alive.  I remember the day she told me she was thinking of moving to Utah. This was such exciting news to me, and it was the begining of a great new chapter in my life! Leslie has always been down for an adventure, even the ones she was a little unsure of.  She probably spent more time with me in "the bug" than any other person.  Those were the days, from Moab to Brighton to Park City to Farmington and back again.  We were always rallying, always jammin', always having fun!

Those days are long gone, but Leslie and I are still just as close as ever, even though we are now a 5 hour drive apart.  Leslie is someone that I really look up to, she is someone I know that I can always talk to, and someone I always know that I can trust. L.Y.L.A.S.

Happy Birthday Leslie!!!
Writing this post has really made me miss you,  Les... I'll call you soon!
xoxo

Oh, Suz! That was so sweet! I miss you too, even though I always feel you are so near. That is the beauty of the relationship we have. You are never "far" away. I have so many amazing memories with you, as I said on my blog, that it would take years to tell them all. You have been such a HUGE part of my life. We got the double blessing, fo sho, CUZINS and BEST FRIENDS! It doesn't get any better. Man, I loved rallying with you in that old bug, Tupac blazing loud. We were too hot for words! :) We've taken the "hot meter" down a few notches, with multiple kids dangling from our legs, but we are still a little hot....

P.S. I love that pic of us in Mexico! Can you email it to me?

I don't know, Les, you seem to get better looking with age. Even with multiple kids hanging from your legs... 30 looks damn good on you ;)

I love that picture of us too. Mexico was a great trip full of classic memories with our hilarious husbands! I love hanging with you and Mitch. Our good times with the 4 of us have only just begun. I look forward to future adventures!

Ya Suz! Love the addition of more pictures! Thems some classics. The one of me cliff jumping on that river in the Sierras made me warm and fuzzy. What an epic day.

Love You!

Happy Birthday Leslie. I agree with Susan, you just get better with age. Are you really 30? WOW! Time flies.
