You are looking at 4 ladies that may never have seen each other again if it wasn't for these blogs! It's way too easy to loose touch with good friends in this busy life which most of us live. However, I am loving my new realization that it is also very easy to stay in touch!
It has been at least 10 years since I have seen any one of my friends here and they don't look a day older than they did 15 years ago when we graduated High School (ouch! 15 years?) It is amazing that much time has passed and how many kids we have between the 4 of us. Can you believe we actually took 8 kids under the age of 5 out to lunch... and made it through our entire meal?!? Of coarse, we did end up hustling as fast as we could out of the restaurant because once the kids decided they were done sitting and ready to run, things stared to get out of control real quick! All of the kids are so sweet and so cute and it really was so wonderful to see my old friends and try to catch up. But even something as simple as having a conversation with another adult can be very difficult with our kids present. I realized after we left that I didn't even give any of them a hug goodbye. I was too worried about rounding up my 2 of the 8 running, yelling, rock-throwing kids!
Thanks ladies for getting together. I am so glad that we were able to pull it off. Let's do it again next time everyone is in town. Maybe it will be park or lake weather by then :)

It was fun, we need to do it again in warm weather at a park. :)
That's so funny, as everyone was driving off I too thought how we missed the hugs good-bye. Hopefully it won't take us another 15 yrs!
How fun to see all of you together again. Takes me back to your crazy high school days, too. You girls are still so cute and all those cute kids! WOW. Thanks for sharing this.
Wait a minute...Didn't I just put up this EXACT same post last week. I mean, exactly. Too crazy. Isn't it fun to reunite after so many years? I am happy for you guys! And we were the same way with our kids last week. We decided that the next time would definately be WITHOUT kids, ladies only for dinner!
Les, I was thinking the exact same thing. We had a lot fun, but I think we all agree that the kids were a little overwhelming!!!
