OH MY GOSH!!! I can't believe they have a new baby. What a wonderful experience...I am so happy for them. Jake looks so adorable holding his new son. I wish I could be there to see them all, thanks for posting the pics for all of us to see! :)

The baby is gorgeous!!!! Jake looks the same as he did 15 years ago.
They have not announced a name yet. I will be sure to update this post when they do.
