BOY ANGELS
I know there are boy angels,
I see one every day.
He gives me a hug
and kisses my cheek,
and then he runs to play.
From his toothless smile
to his skinned up knees,
he's my little angel,
sweet as you please.
Monday morning I received two very happy phone calls. One from my sister-in-law, Michelle, and another from my brother, Jake. Oddly enough, they both had the same exciting news... they are both expecting baby BOYS in July!!! I don't know what it is about our family, but the male gene is definitely dominant on both sides. For the Mooney's this is boy 4 out of 4 babies. On the Allen side it is boy 5 out of 6 babies! For Michelle and Rob, this is boy #2. I am so excited for them to have a set of brothers in their family. I just love to watch my boys play and learn and explore together, brothers have such a special bond. For Jake and Jen this is their second baby, so far they have the only girl in the family, and what a princess she is!!! I just can't wait to see this little baby Jakey! In fact, I told Jake they should just name him "Jakey." He is going to be the cutest little thing on earth, I am sure! I have a HUGE smile just thinking about what an exciting summer this will be!!!!

GOD'S DREAM
God made a world out of His dreams,
of magic mountains, oceans & streams.
Praries and plains and wooded land, then paused and thought,
"I need someone to stand on top of the mountains, to conquer the sea,
explore the plains and climb the trees, someone to start out small and
grow sturdy, strong like a tree and so.....
He created Boys, full of spirit and fun to explore and conquer,
to romp and run with dirty faces, banged up chins,
with courageous hearts and boyish grins.
When He had completed the task He'd begun, He surely said,
"That's a job well done."

Congrats to Michelle and Jake on boys...you know I love them, too...and I'm pretty sure this one of mine is another boy. (We get another chance to find out for sure next month, yeah!) Since I have 4 brothers and my husband has 4 brothers...our chances are slim for girls. Thank heavens for neices.
Yeah for Boys. They're the bestest! That goes for Brexton, Max, Zach, Cam and all the other little boys in the world.
Smiling from ear to ear. I am so excited for Jake and Jen to welcome another baby! What a sweet blessing! And I can only imagine how precious a little mini Jake will be. Wow!
Congrat to the new boys. It will be fun that they will be here for the wedding.
YEAH! Congrats to both Michelle and Jake! How fun! I love to hear about your family! You'll have to tell them both Hi! Boys, what would it be like? :)
