~Tulip Festival~

Tuesday was the perfect day for a 3 hour stroll around Thanksgiving Point! Every Spring they have their annual Tulip Festival and every year I wish I had gone. Well, this year Me, my Mom, and Zach and Cam made the trip. The weather could not have been more gorgeous, with temperatures in the mid 70's, cloudless blue skies, and the flowers in full bloom it made for the perfect day for our adventure. With Zach as our trail guide, we saw every inch of the gardens and then spent a good half hour laughing as the boys rolled down the big grass hill, and hiked back up over and over again! Between my Mom and I we probably took over 500 pictures. You can see some of hers HERE and some of mine in the slide show below.

Oh, what a glorious thing a tulip is. Especially when you've had enough winter to make you want to puke...This festival looks amazing, wish I could go. The pics are stunning and priceless (those boys are a.dorable).

P.S. LOVE the new header pic.
