a quick little update

Greg just can't stand not having a project going at all times.  So since the weather is still too crappy to do anything to our ugly yard, he decided to replace the existing fish tank in the wall with a much bigger one.
Check out the baby whale we tried to put in it. He was pretty cute, but not so sure that's how he wanted to spend the rest of his life.
I have to admit, I love the new look!  And the fish seem pretty stoked to be here too.  Now we just need to get the trim back on and it will be another project stamped DONE!

Can you believe how big this kid has gotten? He has grown into a little boy all of the sudden. He has started getting mad at me when I call him "Baby" (he used to get mad at me if I called him anything else) Now he tells me "Don't call me Baby, call me Big Boy!" Ohhhh.... why can't I just bottle him up and keep him little?

Zach would like to give you a little Dinosaur lesson:

Here we have an Iguanadon... Did you know that Iguanadons are the laziest Dinosaurs?  This is because they walk slowly and they barely open their mouths when they eat their food.  But they can run fast when they have to run from their predators.  If they get eaten, then they are the prey.

And this one is a Styracosaurus...  He has a lot of spikes on his head and one on his nose, he eats plants because he's an herbivore.

Thanks for checking in even though I suck at blogging now :)  I just don't have the time.  I've been working as much as possible, 5 days a week lately.  Which means that family time is rare and very much so cherished.  I am still driving Zach to Park City to finish out his school year there.  I've been making time to regularly go to the gym again.  All of this while trying to be better at making fresh meals and keeping things tidy around the house for my family.  As I sit here typing I have major anxiety running through my nerves.  Do I go to the gym first, or clean the house first? I still need to decide and prepare for what I'll make for dinner, oh ya, I haven't even thought about lunch and it's now noon.  One things for sure, it's time to get off the computer...  Sometimes I just wonder how everyone else does it.

Fun update. The aquarium looks nice. I needed a lesson on dinosaurs. As far as what to do...put them all in a dish and draw one out.

I love the aquarium! If Greg needs another project we have plently at our house. I was laughing at your blog because as you were describing your day I was thinking, "How does she do all that."

The dinosaur lesson was very informative. Thanks, Zach! Just keep plugging along... prioritize with the family at the top. Those boys are growing too fast for you to miss out because of "Housework" it's always going to be there. Enjoy the moment.
