I was feeling really unsure of taking Cam in to get his pictures taken this month. He has been going through some MAJOR terrible 2's, but for the past few years they have been to Kiddie Kandids at about this time so I just had to try, even if it meant more grouchy face Cam pictures. So my mom and I loaded up the boys on Sunday and went for it. It was quite comical. I'm sure the poor girl taking the pictures wanted to tell us to hit the road. Zach was cracking me up, he was a total ham, willing to do anything she tells him and having the time of his life! Cam, on the other hand, well that's a different story. He wanted NOTHING to do with sitting up on the table. He was perfectly content rolling around on the floor screaming. I was riding an emotional roller coaster, almost to my maximum stress level with Cam and laughing my guts out at Zach. Eventually, after rounding up fire trucks, cars, trains, candy, balls, and a tickle stick, we were able to get him up on the table and the photographer, who was wonderful, somehow captured a few smiles that were quick to come and even quicker to go. All said and done, at the end of what seemed like hours, I was mentally exhausted, but very pleased with the pictures we came home with, especially after what we went through to get them.

That cracked me up! I can totally see Cam rolling around on the floor screaming. Was it that high pitched scream that demands so much attention????
The pics turned out adorable. Zach is such a cool dude. Always willing, always happy. And ditto on Rachel. The hair rocks.
Anyone who has ever spent a few hours with Cam knows exactly what temper tantrum I am talking about. It is one of his favorite things to do. He has two personalities which can switch back and forth very quickly and you never know what will trigger them to switch. Luckily, his sweet side totally makes up for his naughty side and then some.

No one looking at these pics can even imagine the scene we went through at KK. I remember 2 year olds are always tough, but I think cam had to be at the top of the tough list. Kudos to his photographer. I love these 2 little guys!!!
