My Birthday Kitty

Meet the newest member of the Mooney Family. Once, again we just couldn't resist a pet in need of a home. We are still trying to decide on a name so he is going by several at the time. He was known as "Bean" in his previous home, but that just doesn't feel right. So maybe we will call him "Mr. Bean" but there are a few other names floating around. Greg likes "Hong Kong Fooey the Kung Foo Kitty" or "Bruce Leroy". I just think he may be way too pretty for any of those names, although I do think "Leroy" is kind of cute. If you have any ideas for names don't be shy, throw them out there. He is the color of a mocha frapacino with whipped cream on top and he is soooo soft and snuggly. I think he will fit right in around here once he gets used to the dogs. He's a very mellow guy, but he was quick to show the dogs who will be boss. I am so excited about him. They say you are supposed to let a new cat do their thing and even let them stay in hiding for a few days until they are comfortable, but I am having a really hard time with that. I keep tracking him down and making him snuggle with me. He is totally irresistable!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAAAAAAAY!!!

You guys are such suckers!! Do you still have Leo? How is the 2 cat relationship going?

I say Pablo. I always wanted to name a cat Pablo, but I'm pretty sure I'll never have one.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Pablo is cute! But I don't want to take your dream cat name. Why won't you get one, are you allergic? Maybe we will do a poll once we get a few more names to decide from. But that wouldn't really work since there are only like 5 people who look at my blog.

The 2 cats have pretty much just ignored each other so far. I am a little worried that Leo will be jealous so I am giving him extra attention right now too. I think they will be fine in the long run, they are both very mellow.

Happy Birthday to the world's BEST daughter-in-law! You fit like a glove into our family! You are wonderful....and we ALL love you!
I loved Mr. Bean-or whatever you name him. He is an adorable cat.. one I wouldn't mind having. Glad we got to meet him. I am glad he is showing the dogs who is boss. He is lucky to live in your house where PETS RULE ...and dinosaurs!
love you much! Chris and Jack

Susan, you are so funny. But I love the description, that he is the color of a mocha frappacino with whipped cream on top! Where did you get him? Just one more thing to love! I hope your birthday was awesome! We were thinking about you....you old lady!

Mitch's favorite pet name (that he will never be granted) is Dwight. I like Leroy. Or Rick. Or Steve.
