Yep, that's right, another birthday. October is Mooney Birthday Month. We've got Zach the 1st, Greg the 4th, Me the 22nd and Cam the 30th. It makes for a fun-filled month!
Greg... I don't even know where to begin. Greg has so many stories. Greg is always entertaining. Greg is always making people laugh and all of these things are true even when it is just the two of us sitting around the house. If we aren't laughing or he isn't telling a story, then he is working on one of his many projects or coming up with a new one. Greg has an amazing and brilliant mind. He can come up with a plan in his head, whether it be tileing a bathroom, landscaping a yard, or remodeling an entire house, he can make it all come to life. I have learned never to underestimate the man. When we bought our first home in Sugarhouse he had a whole new layout planned for the home before we even signed the papers. I was like "Yah, whatever" I thought it would take years and years to finish all of the things he was talking about doing. I didn't even realize that he was planning on knocking them all out before we even moved in. I was amazed that he and his Dad had most of it finished in 6 months. Then the picture in his head became reality for me. Since then I just know that if Greg has a dream, just trust in him and he will make it come true.
Greg was transformed the day he became a father. Seeing the way he loves his children has made me love him so much more. There is something about Greg that all kids just love. They love to climb on him, swing from him, and laugh with him. He takes it like a champ, in fact I think he subconciously asks for it.
The same goes for weirdos, there is something about Greg that all weirdos just love too. It's like he has a sign on his head that says "If you have a very bizarre and entertaining life story, please come tell me all about it." Every time we go on a vacation, or even just to the grocery store he has a new story to tell. Even at work, almost daily he has someone come in there and just spill their guts. We have decided it might be time to carry a camera around with him and start his own TV show. I think it's a money maker for $ure!!!
I totaly robbed the cradle when I married Greg. It kind of sucks that he will always be 3 years younger than me. He isn't afraid to rub it in either. But Greg is even younger at heart. There will always be a kid trapped inside that body. Every now and then he gets a not so pleasant reminder of his real age, like the other day when he just busted out a backflip after not doing one for a few years. He landed it, but he has paid the price ever since. Things are never boring with Greg around. I don't know what I would do without him. He is a total catch and he is definetly a keeper!!!

You had me smiling from ear to ear with this one. You and Greg both know how much I love him. He is as near to my heart as you are. I have been through so much with Greg, probably more than most people realize or that I should even share. But he has always been a shining star of laughter, entertainment, wisdom (if you could see past the dreads enough to take the guy serious), and most of all heart.
And like you said, he never ceases to amaze. Remember when we were in Mexico in the Taxi Van enroute to our resort about 30 miles away, and Greg sat in the front seat the whole time speaking fluent Spanish with the Mexican driver and the two of them were laughing from the gut the whole time at each others jokes. We kept looking back at you wondering how he knew how to speak Spanish so well and you just shrugged and said "I had no idea." Truly a man of surprises.

The taxi ride is classic Greg because even I am guilty of assuming that Greg is full of SH**. He never ceases to amaze me. Most of his unbeleivable stories are actually truth. I try to call his bluff and I end up looking like a jerk!!! You can't help but to love Greg :)

I just thought I'd read your blag, Susan, before I start getting ready for bed and I was enthralled with this one. I have always loved Greg and now I love him even more. He is very awesome. I'm so glad that the two of you are together and so much in love!
