Me, Zach, and Cam took a little trip to Hogle Zoo with Chris, Michelle, and Jackson. It was quick, only 2 hours, but the boys always love going there. Chris (Wawa) has a season pass so Zach and Cam have already been there several times this summer. Zach walks around like he owns the place and Cam just thinks it is a great place to run, and run, and run...
Zach's favorite animal there right now is "the white alligator". You'll have to ask him about it next time you see him. I have to admit, the white alligator is pretty cool.
Cam doesn't really have any favorites at the zoo, he mostly just likes to run as fast and far away from me as possible, but he was pretty into these baby alligators. Ohh cute!
My favorite part is the elephants. I just think they are so cute!
If you haven't been to The Hogle Zoo for a while, you should go. They have made a lot of nice new upgrades, but there are still some things they have left old school. I just love the old lion drinking fountain. It totally brings me back to when I was just a kid at the zoo. You may not know what I am talking about, but I promise if you saw it you would remember.

I LOVE the pic of Zach and the white alligator! I am sure he can make a good impression of him too. I will have to be sure to ask him about it.
You are lucky to have Chris for a mother-in-law! She is amazing!
oh i know the lion well! fun. and i am also anxious to see zach imitate the alligator.
I think the truck pulls will be Cam's favorite place. Funny how 2 kids growing up together are soooo different.
