Friday was a very important day for us! We have accomplished a HUGE goal! We have finally finished the broken house! It felt amazing to knock out all of the rest of the little projects and clean up the house, and then to show it to potential buyers! It was actually a lot like the show "Flip This House" where they are always scrambling at the last minute. I was slipping the mop into the closet, Greg and Rob were lining the rose garden with rocks, and Jack was peeling off the last piece of masking tape as I opened the door for a young couple who came to see the house! We feel a great sence of accomlishment! I hope that Jack and Chris and Rob and Michelle are feeling the same way too. Now we can all have a lot more time with our families. The house turned out even more beautiful then I had imagined. It will make a wonderful home for someone! Here are a few exterior shots, but you still have to wait until next week for the rest of the before and after pictures. We are still waiting for the brickwasher to come on Monday and the granite countertops to be installed on Friday! We are planning an open house on Saturday the 21st from 12-5 pm. We plan to advertise big time and hopefully have a great turn out! It should be fun!!! We plan on serving food and drinks and will be giving away a patio set for anyone who puts in a full price offer! Please feel free to stop by if you are around on Saturday! We are very proud of this achievment and would love for everyone to see it!
