Tonight I interviewed my boys, they had to answer 20 questions about me. I think it's pretty funny some of the things they came up with. It was a task within itself just to keep them interested in answering all of my questions, but after a little bribery for some computer time, I was able to get my answers. I LOVE the pictures. Interesting the point of view between a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old. Zach seems to see you as mostly there to be with and have fun with and keep HIM happy. He is very specific with his answers. Cam is more vague with general answers and sees you as a worker (think he realizes you are always cleaning because you have 3 boys and 2 dogs to clean up after) but a fun mommy too. It's obvious that they both love you very much. Fun idea.

I feel like all I ever do is clean, but you'de never know it by the looks of my house! It's a never-ender! I'm pretty sure Cam just got sick of coming up with new answers :)
What a fun thing to do and what a great way to see how your children view you! Sometimes we assume that our values and our reasons for doing things are coming across, and it is a surprise to hear what children think. I love Cam's "Be naughty" and "Be nice" comments. I enjoyed your questions and I enjoyed the answers the kids gave. They both know that you love them.
Too, too cute Suz! This hit one of those warm "mommy" spots in me tonight. I had a similar moment tonight watching little Edie skiing all by herself, and I sat there with tears brimming in my eyes, because it was just too tender and precious. This reminded me of that. Seeing these little kids, and getting a glimpse of the way their eyes see the world is really sweet...that little Cam CRACKS ME UP!!! His answers were so cute!
And how freaking depressing that our (your) kids see our 'favorite' things to do and the 'things we do most, best, etc' is CLEAN.

it's not really a complex... he loves to be naughty, he loves to be told he's being naughty and he loves to let everyone else know when they are naughty too. Little stinker! It wont be nearly as cute when he turns 13...
